By using Deutschbar, you agree to these terms together with the privacy notice.
Access and availability
Deutschbar is currently available by invitation. Access may be limited, changed, paused, or withdrawn as the service evolves. Deutschbar supports language-learning practice; it is not a guaranteed course, qualification, or examination service.
Your account
Use only your invited account, keep its credentials private, and tell support promptly if you believe anyone else accessed it. Do not share access or attempt to bypass account controls.
AI-assisted learning
Some exercises use third-party artificial-intelligence and speech services. Generated transcripts, corrections, explanations, and responses can be incomplete or wrong. Review important information independently; Deutschbar is not an emergency, medical, legal, immigration, employment, or financial advice service.
Learning Partner conduct
Partner practice is optional and limited to consenting adults. Be respectful, do not record another participant, do not share personal or sensitive information unnecessarily, and use the block and report controls if anything feels unsafe. Harassment, threats, impersonation, or illegal content can result in immediate removal.
Acceptable use
Do not attack, probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, automate access to, or misuse the service; upload unlawful or harmful material; infringe another person’s rights; or use Deutschbar to build or train another product.
Content and feedback
Deutschbar learning materials and software remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You retain rights in your own submissions. You may share feedback, and you allow the Deutschbar provider to use that feedback to improve the service without publishing your identity.
Availability and changes
Deutschbar may have interruptions, defects, quotas, or data resets. We may update these terms or features. Material changes that require renewed consent will be presented before continued use.
Ending access
You may stop using Deutschbar and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access to protect participants, comply with law, control costs, address abuse, or discontinue the service.
Responsibility
Deutschbar is provided without a promise that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the provider is not responsible for indirect losses caused by reliance on generated learning content or service interruption. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
