Pilot terms of use

By using your invited access to the Deutschbar pilot, you agree to these terms together with the privacy notice.
Pilot scope
Deutschbar is currently a controlled, invite-only pilot for known adults. Access may be limited, changed, paused, or withdrawn while the service is evaluated. The pilot is provided for language-learning practice, not as a guaranteed course, qualification, or examination service.
Your account
Use only your invited account, keep its credentials private, and tell pilot support promptly if you believe anyone else accessed it. Do not share access or attempt to bypass pilot controls.
AI-assisted learning
Some exercises use third-party artificial-intelligence and speech services. Generated transcripts, corrections, explanations, and responses can be incomplete or wrong. Review important information independently; Deutschbar is not an emergency, medical, legal, immigration, employment, or financial advice service.
Learning Partner conduct
Partner practice is optional and limited to consenting adults. Be respectful, do not record another participant, do not share personal or sensitive information unnecessarily, and use the block and report controls if anything feels unsafe. Harassment, threats, impersonation, or illegal content can result in immediate removal.
Acceptable use
Do not attack, probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, automate access to, or misuse the service; upload unlawful or harmful material; infringe another person’s rights; or use the pilot to build or train another product.
Content and feedback
Deutschbar learning materials and software remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You retain rights in your own submissions. You may give pilot feedback, and you allow the pilot operator to use that feedback to improve the service without publishing your identity.
Availability and changes
The pilot may have interruptions, defects, quotas, or data resets. We may update these terms or pilot features. Material changes that require renewed consent will be presented before continued use.
Ending access
You may stop using the pilot and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access to protect participants, comply with law, control costs, address abuse, or end the pilot.
Responsibility
The pilot is provided on an evaluation basis and without a promise that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the pilot operator is not responsible for indirect losses caused by reliance on generated learning content or pilot interruption. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
