We want to catch problems early. Report technical failures, unclear learning content, privacy questions, or unsafe partner experiences directly.

Do not send passwords, recordings, or personal information that is not needed to investigate the issue.

What to include
Describe the last action, what you expected, and what happened instead. Include app version, platform, approximate time, and—when available—the anonymous request ID from Diagnostics & app version.
Learning Partner safety
End the call, block the participant, and submit an in-app safety report immediately. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services; Deutschbar is not an emergency service.
Privacy and account requests
You can export your data and permanently delete your account in the app. Deletion requests without app access are also available from the page below.
