Delete your Deutschbar account
You can permanently delete your Deutschbar account and associated personal data.

Delete directly in the app
Open Deutschbar → Account & privacy → Delete account, then confirm permanent deletion.

Request deletion without the app
Email us from the address used for your Deutschbar account. Include only the account email and your request for permanent deletion; never send your password.
A real support contact must be configured before this page is published.
Data that is deleted
Account and authentication data, learning progress, pilot feedback, push-device registrations, Learning Partner data including safety reports, and associated local content when deletion is performed in the app.
Processing time
In-app deletion starts immediately. Email requests are handled after identity verification as soon as possible and within the applicable legal deadline. Limited backup copies may remain until the normal backup cycle expires.
